View32 from FastCAD at http://www.fastcad.com/vw_prod.html works well, and it's free for individual users!

At work we use FastLook from Kamel Software at http://www.kamelsoft.com/ for a number of reasons. It's fast. It displays and marks-up AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings. It displays over 200 file formats, including MS Office files (licensed from Inso of Quick View fame). It uses concurrent networking licensing such that a small number of licenses can cover a large number of users. It has over 400 API calls to let you integrate it into your own applications. It has a browser plug-in to let you view drawings on the internet or your intranet. And it was Highly Recommended, with a five star rating, in CADALYST's review of AutoCAD viewers at http://www.cadonline.com/reviews/software/viewer/index.html

Hope this helps.
