For a single file you can use Shift-F10 then Copy from the context menu.

This doesn't work for multiple tagged files, at least not currently. If it were to be ever added, I think it should still be based on the external context menu, rather than a built-in ZTree function, since the context menu is subject to much abuse by the many available shell extensions, and the only safe way to duplicate its functionality is to actually use the real thing.
