[Bug] Bookmark Deletion [Release]

In Response to: [Release] v2.0 (.206) RTM - Now Available! (Kim Henkel)

If a bookmarked directory is deleted or pruned, bookmark navigation no longer automatically deletes the directory from the bookmark list when navigating through the list.

Instead, ZTree hangs in an infinite loop, and must be killed externally.

This worked OK in v2.0.198, prior to the following fixes made late in the RCs:

> Fixed - Ctrl-[ (FW) - Prevent re-adding current dirctory bookmark when exiting FW
> Fixed - Ctrl-[ (DW) - Remove current directory only if bookmarked
