Ah, yes. To be honest, I don't often refer to documentation for day-to-day use of most freeware products. It's mostly in the case of development, or high configurability that documentation is necessary.
The alternative is to make everything available to find via the UI, so that the program becomes self-explanatory. That's difficult to do for a scripting environment. :-)

AFAIK, this only prevents others from modifying it, but it can still be read in the meantime.
