ZTree also appears to run fine in the "Core" installation of Server 2008 (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753802.aspx - very roughly speaking, that's the barebones install of the server version of Vista, without Explorer fluff, and with just a cmd prompt as "shell"). Can't readily test now, but I'd assume the same would work in the "R2" of Server 2008 (which is esentially the Windows 7 server). Who at MS thinks up these names, anyway?

Maybe Kim could pitch ZTree (and its command-line-friendly F9 menus) to the "Core" sys-admins, as the prime choice to browse in console mode and also manage/run their scripts.
