Personally, I find the "wishlist" page most interesting - it gives me a concise overview of ideas for the future development of ZTree (with details discussed in the forum). I'm not sure whether Kim uses this page as input, but even if not, I would find it pretty useful for the forum members.
The other pages I haven't used during the last couple of years. Have seen them far back when opening the site, but not that much after that. Probably the printable tutorial and YouTube & Co are of more use for ZTree newbies today (but I'm not sure about this).
Thus I would vote for retaining the wishlist content in an editable format (this could even be a sub-forum of the ZTree forum, dedicated only to future development wishes) and keep the other pages as HTML only on a linked subdomain of your's.
