When you invoke JFC ZTree does a binary byte-by-byte compare first. If the files are identical, no compare program will be launched. You only see the "files are identical" message. Only when differences were found the compare program (TFC in your case) is started.

I think that the error message "(TFC) File not found" means, that TFC.exe is not found. So Ztree cannot launch TFC.

CO1E mean COnfiguration (Alt+F10), page 1, option E. In this configuration option you can change what program you want to be used for compare. If you leave it empty then TFC.BAT is called. I think you should first check whether CO1E is set to use TFC.BAT and then have a look into TFC.BAT to see what program/path is called. Maybe you have changed the TFC.EXE file name and also changed it in TFC.BAT.
