The clipbrd.exe from Windows XP?

Windows 7 gives a VERSION.dll error when that clipbrd.exe is run:

"clipbrd.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

... but after clicking 'OK', it works well.

How to bypass the VERSION.dll error message (in Windows 7) when running this XP program?
