A thought for Directory-level tagging: When I first thought of this feature, I imagined seeing tags next to the actual directory tree, but what about including the directory names in the file window via a "show directories" toggle switch? In other words, hitting Alt-F6 (or whatever) would switch between showing:
AUTOEXEC .BAT 316 .a.. 2-06-1999 10:09:46 am to showing:
[DATA] ...h 4-07-1998 11:26:32 pm and then you could tag files and directories within both the file window, and in Branch/Showall/Global views. Options to show directories at the top, or intermixed with the filenames would be good too. Just a thought - and probably not very well thought-through, but I thought I'd throw it out there. Dan | ||
