[ZEP] Viewer - Charset cycle same in ALPHA and HEX modes   [ZEP]

I'm using the Viewer to look at some text files
encoded in UTF-8 and using the Charset cycle
in ALPHA mode works great.

However, once in HEX mode, the Charset cycle
is limited to just two choices - OEM and ANSI.

I would find it useful if this worked the same
as in the ALPHA mode, especially with UTF-8,
where characters can take anywhere from one to
several bytes. In HEX, it would look great to
instantly figure out where a character starts
and ends. Entering the Edit mode does not help
much either.

I'm wondering if Kim never implemented it because
of some technical obstacle, or nobody had asked for it?
