Unfortunately not.
I have put individual test macros on C:\, D:\, %userprofile%, #ZtHome and #ZtTools.
Here's the precedence:

- drive root of startup dir (current or cmd-line given), this wins all other!
Β  (that's why I call it a bug)
- startup dir (current or cmd-line given), this wins over #ZtHome and #ZtTools
- #ZtHome
- #ZtTools

Except the first one (drive root), the precedence seems logical to me,
see also ZTW.HLP chapter 3.10 Keyboard Macros
"If you specify the name of a macro file without a pathname, ZTreeWin will
Β check the current directory first, followed by the #ZTHome, then #ZTTools
Β directories."

I vaguely remember there recently was a bug that ZTree didn't consider the drive root
in a specific case, which was fixed.Β  Maybe the present issue came in with that fix.
