some more testing with PDF   [Tip]

I followed the hint on your page http://fossil.2of4.net/zaap/doc/tip/ZPreview/doc/WindowsPreviewHandlers.md
and used the preview handler association editor to activate Nitro PDF preview handler.

Good news is, that ZPreview now shows previews for PDF as well.
Bad news is, that ZPreview process at some point starts to hang and brings one CPU core to 100%, not depending on whether ZTree still runs or not.
