[ZEP] Tooltips to display very-long paths_file names   [ZEP]

To address the issue of displaying "extra long" file names and path names, which are many times incompletely-displayed in ZTW -- especially in split-screen mode, and/or when using a small-sized ZTW window, and in similar situations....

I contend that adding an optional feature for usually-hidden- Tooltips to display very-long paths_file names in ZTW... would be as logical and appropriate as using Shift-F10 (or Right-Click, set by CO-4Q) to display the "usually-hidden" Windows Context Menu.

The proposed long-name/long-path Tooltips would be usually be single-line, or they could spill-over onto additional lines when the Windows screen resolution is low (for example, in Windows Safe Mode), or when the user configures a larger font-size for the Windows Tooltip.

The Tooltips would "normally" always be hidden in ZTW, and only displayed when "selecting" a very-long path, or a very-long file name with the mouse cursor by pressing the Middle mouse button, or by holding down the Alt key and then Left-clicking the selected line.

Note:... In Windows 7 (for example), the settings for ToolTip font size and color, and background color, are in the "Window Color and Appearance" settings. Access by right clicking on the desktop, and selecting "Personalize", then click on the "Window Color" icon. In that dialog, click on the "Item:" drop-down list, and select "ToolTip".
