ZTREE.INF

My OS = Win7 Enterprise SP1, 64-bit
RAM = 16 GB
ZTreeWin = ZTW64, v2.4.158

I am having quite a struggle installing ZTREE.INF properly so that my full ZTW64 command line runs from the Windows Explorer context menu. It used to run perfectly in WinXP Pro, but not here, so far.

Here is the command string in all of the Target fields in all of my shortcut invocation files:
C:\ZTreeWin\ZTW64.EXE /Y /ZB /TPZV /API /ZM /ZD /K@ZStart64wAHK.ztm
This is what I want to run from the context menu in Windows Explorer on a selected object. This used to run perfectly in WinXP Pro.

Here are my last two lines in ZTREE.INF:
ZTSw = "/Y /ZB /TPZV /API /ZM /ZD /K@ZStart64wAHK.ztm"
ZTRun = "C:\ZTreeWin\ZTW64.EXE"

FYI, ZStart64wAHK.ztm is in C:\ZTreewin\

When I install ZTREE.INF, the context menu entries install like this example:
"C:\ZTreeWin\ZTW64.EXE" /Y /ZB /TPZV /API /ZM /ZD /K@ZStart64wAHK.ztm "%1"

However, upon invocation from the context menu I get a console error message like this:
Error: Unable to open macro file
Pressing ENTER loads ZTW64 at the directory when ZTW's last session closed and loading stops with no macros loaded.

What am I doing wrong?

P.S. Contents of ZStart64wAHK.ztm are:
F9,f,RET,SLEEP,
;F9,e,z,RET,SLEEP,
x,subst o: c\users\administrator\onedrive,ENTER,ESC,
ALT_x,"C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoHotkey\Extras\Scripts\ZTreeW64.ahk",CTRL_ENTER
