The main (relevant) difference between your registry key values and mine is that I've got double quotes around the "%1":

"C:\MC\Run\Tools\Disk\ZTree\ZTW64.EXE" /ZM /ZB /KBR /Y /TOZV /T"[Explorer]" "%1"

Of course, if I right-click on a file, and select the "ZTreeWin" menu item, it only selects the directory that file's placed in. The file itself isn't selected (indeed, the directory's files are not even logged).
