No need to click to get focus for scrolling in Win 10   [Tip]

In Windows 10, not just in 1511, you don't have to click in a window to get focus. For example if you have File Explorer open if you point to the left pane and turn the wheel the pane scrolls. When you point to the right pane without clicking in it, the pane scrolls.
