[Help!] Shift+F10 as different user in Windows 10   [Help!]

I want to view the properties of a folder as a different user. I can run Ztree as that user, but when I press shift+F10 to get to the context menu, I get an error:
Unable to find:
C:\PROGRA~1\ZTreeWin\ZSHELL.EXE

That file doesn't exist, I've got ZSHELL64.EXE. I tried copying it to ZSHELL.EXE, and now I can get the context menu up as a different user, but clicking on Properties does nothing.

Alternatively, how to run Explorer as a different user - nothing I've tried works.

Any other ways to get at it?
