[Bug] Issue with #ZTTools-Variable in F9 Menu   [Bug]

If have an issue with ZTree (2.2.19 as well as 2.4.162), which doesn't find programmes in its ZTTools-Directory from within the F9 menu.

Lately I wanted to call 7z.exe, which is in the ZTTools-Directory, but ZTree didn't find it. That's how I came to the point.

Then I wrote a small test batch as a F9 menu point:
echo.
echo 1. Does directory ZTTools exist?
if exist #zttools*.* (echo ZTTools is there ^(%#ZTTools%^)) else (echo Error: #ZTTools cannot be found!)
echo 2. Can we call files from ZTTools?
tfc.exe
pause

Results in:
ZTTools is there (D:ztwztwkz)
The command "tfc.exe" is either written wrong or could not be found.
(Translation from my OS language.)

tfc.exe is located in the subdirectory ztwkz of the ZTree directory. ZTree is not installed, only extracted from the zip archive.
ZTTools is defined in the configuration as #ZThomeztwkz .

As far as I know the ZTTools variable was to extend the path variable without touching it. But why can it not be used in the F9 menu? Any idea?
