Notepad++ "find in files"   [Discuss]

Notepad++ has a "find in files" option in its search and replace function. I believe this lets you do search and replace on several files without opening them one by one. I've never used it, but I wonder if it's possible that it doesn't actually load each entire file into memory. Slim chance, but might be worth checking?

I'd test it, but haven't got any big files at hand.
