You need to keep in mind that ZTree calls Windows API functions for Copy/Move operations in DirMode.
(googled site:ztw3.com but didn't find any postings to approve this)
From what I recall is that Kim had huge problems to filter out if the user has tagged directories including subdirs of them,
which makes problems when moving away the parent dir first, as its subdir vanishes when the parent move is done.

What should work (have done a small test) is:
- in the \Root [B]ranch, [T]ag above directories one by one (no subdirs of them!)
- then Ctrl-Move them to \Root2.
They will appear as level 1 children in \Root2, but will keep their own subdirectory structures.
However, their parent directories will not be generated under /root2.
