Try changing the "Start in" directory (on the shortcut dialog) to:
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\
For my install, I have these files located in a similar directory:
ARCHIVER.BB2 , ZCOLORS.INI , ZNOLOG.INI
ZTW.INI , ZTW.KEY , ZTW.ZAM , ZLIST.ZL_ , *.ZTM
I don't know if all those files are required to be there -- however, I provide five (5) sub-directories for running up to five simultaneous instances of ZTW, so they can access and save their differing, related files.. Then I use each of them as a separate "Start in" directory:
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\0001
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\0002
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\0003
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\0004
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin\0005
BTW, you could also set a Windows Environmental Variable:
ZTTEMP=C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\ZTreeWin_Temp\
...to have your ZTW temp directory(ies) appear immediately below "the above".
( ...rather than under - C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Temp\ )
