I have a couple of 64GB ones, for various devices -- no need for bigger ones
at this time.

I try to go out for long walks every day and can't imagine NOT listening to
podcasts, audio books, lectures. With my data plan, I can also play YouTube
videos and just listen to the audio without worries. (It's a waste of bandwidth
- I don't know if there is a site that can stream just the audio?)

But I no longer listen to music, I now prefer total silence, don't know why.
Music has become a repetitive, boring, simple passive pleasure that can't compete
with the thrill of learning new (and old) things and ideas.

To me, MP3 gadgets are the best thing today's technology has to offer for those
who want to keep up with where human knowledge and progress is headed.

Old means losing interest in learning. It's not (just) age-related.
I'd be the first to volunteer a Wikipedia chip implant in my body :-)
