In the new Apps and Features interface, there is a link at the upper-right corner which goes to classic Programs and Features.

From there, you can backbrowse to classic Control Panel and goes to any setting in classic view.

Alternatively, you can install Classic Shell as Start replacement as I did. Really nice ! Love it.
Within this nice utility, you can enable Special items | Control Panel | Display as menu.
