i kind of said it wrong about a min or max pivot number.

in here /resize=(w,h) /aspectratio
the software is supposed to use only one number from either w or h, whichever one is ratio-ly closer to the original jpg's own w0 or h0, then use it as a pivot and find the other number for the image to fit inside the desktop screen.

but i_view32 overshoots it with my 3 or 4 day knowledges of i_view comands.

and it is ok now, i will stick with FFmpeg.exe for resizing.
