if you know your sun's position, you can know your location.

small theory about solar GPS
1. at night, know where the polar star is and mark it
2. during the day, face the mark. if the sun is behind you, then you are
somewhere in the northern hemisphere.

3. if you have a clock and then the sun's position is unique to your location.

green cities dont have DST, they are pivots.
purple cities have DST and purple names also indicate your own edited locations.

you must edit and input your GMT in SOLAR GPS.INI and SOLAR GPS DST.INI :
the 1st 2 bytes of the files.

use ESC to exit the program
