Alt-F10 configuration
Page 1, Set R to W to No
You will need to remember to not use the refresh commands, * F3 etc

save and [R]esume
Specify a file

Then later you can log the Zlog file

For the refresh options manually re-log, or change the config back.
For the Zlog, load a newer Zlog or relog
