o. Permissions
Put files that all locally logged on users should be able to edit under C:\Users\Public\Documents

Or grant permissions, with a command like this
icacls c:\some_dir /grant BUILTIN\Users:(OI)(CI)(M)

Don't move files on the same volume, they will keep source location permissions see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...-you-copy-and-move-files-and-folders, do a copy then delete instead.

o. Printing
It could be that ZTree sends no formatting, so the PDF printer does not know what to do.

o. Workaround
Print to CLIP:, then paste into a program that can print to the PDF printer.
