Try XXCOPY. Ignore the sad news about the product being discontinued; a freeware version of the last product release is still available for download (32b or 64b). Also, according to this page from the online manual, the /V2 command switch will "Verif[y] after copy byte-by-byte check (DATMAN 2-pass)".
