Ah, sorry. I'm not 100% certain what happened (this was some 5 years ago, perhaps more), but I do remember that it was confusing, and that I did get an error message at some point (though that might have been with Explorer, too). IIRC, one file was renamed, and the other one disappeared.

Chances are that it would have reappeared if I had refreshed (using F3), BTW.

I just tested with two different subdirectories called "Herein" and "HereIn"; [*] to log the entire branch correctly displays them, but the second one disappears when I reload the parent directory using F3. Re-logging the branch with [*] shows them correctly again, and pressing F3 loses the second one.

There would appear to be a lot of edge cases.
