South Africans call 3.5" diskettes stiffy   [OT]

Not 3" floppies, I don't remember those existing, but yes to 3.5" floppies.

I remember using 5 1/4" floppy's, and then 3.5"
people from South Africa call 3.5" floppy's stiffies because they have a shell see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floppy_disk

I also used Iomega zip drives, the 100MB ones.
and before that EPROM 128KB cartridges in a Psion series 2.

And I have a 8" floppy disk that I found on the road side that joking tell people is my backup of the internet.
