Or, B for Branch to show all files, then Ctrl-T to Tag all files, then Alt-C to Copy all files and create the subfolders.

BTW, a second copy, maybe under a slightly different folder name, would be a good backup!

Either way, you probably shouldn't copy the modified files back to the system drive if your efforts DON'T work out. Save that step for when your efforts DO work out.
