Thanks for the effort Doug.

The fact that the number of Tabs and/or other keys required to cause the crash is inconsistent leads me to suspect some kind of timing issue during the refresh.

I've duplicated this on 2 computers, one a laptop and the other a desktop. But both machines are rather old, with Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad CPUs, respectively. Both have 8G RAM and both run Windows 10 Pro-64b v1903 just fine. But the fact that these are slower than today's Core-i computers may contribute to any timing issue.

It would be helpful if someone running Windows 10 on an older computer would try to duplicate this.
