[Bug] CO-1M=Yes causes entered time to be off by an hour for opposite DST zone   [Zeta]

Kim, is there any possibility to fix this?

With CO-1M = Yes, the timestamp entered by the user, or copied and pasted, or changed by a script, or fixed by any other method, should not be adjusted for the opposite DST zone. It should always be accepted and applied as the time desired by the user for that zone.
