Thanks Bill for the response. Yes, I know the info in the second item, the problem is that I need to purchase the first year's service from a "Cloud Service Provider" and nobody seems to know what that is!! I have contacted both the company from which I purchased purchased my computer and CDW, a large dealer, both are "working on it", but so far, nothing.
