Some observations

That screenshot is showing the \\?\ NT Namespace escape, and the path is truncated.
Using TaskManager which process does the window below to?

Is the truncation from ZTree to the ShellExecute function, or on the commandline to XnView, or inside of XnView.
Maybe a bit of ProcMon tracing.

Also if it's coming out ZTree, should ZTree really be sending \\?\ paths to external utilities?
