Hello to all.
I found a workable solution with use of this small and free command utility

(Which also exists in context properties add-in

Since ZTree F9 can't relay Unicode, I did as you suggested Ben, using the eXecute history item with this line:

"D:\Users\Laurent\OneDrive\ZTree\ZTTools\ln" -J "%2:%3" "E:\FILMS BEST\%6"

I position on any directory and it creates a junction point in targeted one.
Works with any alphabet : latin, latin extended, arabic, chinese, russian, without the need to change codepage.

The utility has tons of features I still have to explore.
