I doubt many users need to change the dates of directories. The Written and Accessed dates are continuously being changed by Windows as the directories are accessed and file contents are changed, and I think most of us leave the Creation date as is. I've never in over 20 years seen a need to change these dates.

So while the capability is there in ZTree as a hidden command, IMHO it's not important enough to make room for it on the menu. Other hidden commands such as F5, F6 and F11 would seem more important.
