What are the permissions on "C:\Program Files\ZTree Windows"?
Have you granted your account or users change rights?

Have a look under here %LOCALAPPDAT%\VirtualStore as the files you are seeing at "C:\Program Files\ZTree Windows" could actually be under the VirtualStore
