I believe that is the result of an incomplete downloading process.

I often watch my downloads with ZTW set to auto-update the file listing in the Download folder and that looks very much like the temporary filenames my Win10 w/Chrome gives *during* download, too. But, once finished, the filename changes to something more expected.

In your case, it was just the file renaming that was incomplete.
