The shortcut Properties now are:
Command Line:C:ztree\ztw.exe
Start in:
"C:\Users\airch\documents\a condo\A NB FINANCIALS\C 2022 NB MONTHLYS+DIFFS+INFLATION+STUDY"
Note: The spaces in the directory names were underscores.
