I hope that machine isn't connected to the internet, because the OS will not have been patched for years.
It's asking you to ensure you have a current backup of your ZTree configuration files. Depending on your usage that might not be important.
That sounds like the zt= line from the ZTW.HST file is missing/bad, or it could mean the ZTW.INI file is corrupt.
Which version of ZTree are you running on that machine?
Have you upgraded it from an ancient version to the latest?
