I don't have /NC, but I do have /Y

If I remove /Y, it still doesn't work
My ZTree shortcut points at ztw64.exe, i.e. no staring console, which could be a factor.
Using Process explorer, there is a conhost.exe child of ztw64.exe when running that way.

Running from a cmd window, using the commandline from the shortcut as a starting point
With /Y get the problem
Without /Y the config program works
