[Help!] Date Stamping Zip file to the date of the zipped file [Help!]

I'm running the following on a bunch of single text files (Ctrl-Batch):

pkzipc.exe -add -max %4.zip %4.%5

which will have one file per zip, replacing its extension with "zip" as desired.

Can I set each Zip file it creates to have the same date/time stamp as the internal file it just zipped?

Suggestions are welcome.
