InfoZip unzip (https://infozip.sourceforge.net) does just that with the -T (uppercase!) switch! so simply create a ctrl-Batch files with all your Zips
with the command line unzip -T "%1"
archive bits are untouched. (quirk: zip uses -T to test archive, unzip uses -t to test, but -T to update timestamp to youngest file in archive)
