[Q] Can PKZipC Handle 200GB zip files [Q]

I have a few zip files that are nearing 200GB that I need to be able to extract.

Ztree is able to VIEW (directory-wise, not contents) the files within it no problem, but unzipping or testing them with pkzipc.exe always fails.

Can it handle files this large?

Attempting on Windows Server 2019 Standard, 64bit, x64-based processor.

If not, any suggestions on what would work better?
