suppose i had a recipient pc's permission to upload?

how i can make a shortcut or how can i make it like below?

Desktop (create shortcut).DeskLink
Documents.mydocs
Fax Recipient.lnk
Mail Recipient.MAPIMail
these files don't have any contents in them, the filenames seemed a bunch of commands in disguise
