Q: Is there a way to copy a single (or multiple) files onto the windows clipboard?
A: In the same way that Windows Explorer does it, use this in ZTree

Ctrl-Ins
set F2 to Object or Both
"Full path" for a single file or "Tagged files"

>One drive
If you a version of ZTree older than 2.4.209 you may need to set this to be able to see the Onedrive directory
CO-2J Hide System/Hidden dirs and/or junctions=None

To transfer files to OneDrive you should be able to copy in ZTree them to under %OneDrive%, which for personal version is normally %userprofile%\onedrive
