Screen draw issues this time but no conhost.exe crash [Zeta]

Different behaviour this time

With F8 Split
LH pane SFW, active
RH pane EFW
return from a meeting
ZTree window ~2/3 of a monitor, but not redrawn to that size, with a vertical scroolbar
conhost still running
tab between panes, which doesn't work correctly, the redraw happens in the LN pane
Alt-F7 and ZTree zooms correcly

For the earlier occurrence, the RH pane might have been active, and ZTree might have been minimized.

If screen size info and events where written to the /KBR log file, it might help find the cause.

Looking at zkeys.log for the conhost crash instance earlier, the ALT_F7 did get registered in the log file, with "Logging Started: " as the next line.
