[DOCS] '-' or '+' convention?   [Docs]

Kim (and John),

Before the results of the undergoing documenting effort get cast in stone, I'd like to propose changing the current keystroke Alt-x (Ctrl-x, Shift-x) naming convention (in the docs and help) to Alt+x, etc. There are several valid reasons, IMO:

1. All MS apps and Windows platforms use it
2. All 3rd party apps use this style; I've yet to come across an exception
3. When searching for this type of info (across files, disks, the web) you don't have to issue the command twice

Before Michael jumps in :-) XTG uses the '+' convention, so it's surprising
that it wasn't adopted from the start. Here is a chance to actually reclaim some of the XTG look and feel that was abandoned.

I know it's hard to change old habits, so it's OK for certain posters from
ZEDTEK to continue using the '-' in the forum :-) However, the BETA*.TXT files
(or the scripts that generate them?) may need to be modified from now on.

I admit I came across a glaring exception to this MS-recommneded convention --
from the Redmond Toy Factory itself: the login dialog in Windows 2000, unlike that
in NT, tells you to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete! What does it say in XP?
