[Assuming you only need a "name" comparison]
If these files are large you could create a Ctrl+[B]atch file that could use a zero-length file to copy it to the names from the source drive (of the files that are tagged) to a temp dir for this.

copy 0length.fil d:\temp\%4.zip

NOTE: You can create a zero-length file by:

copy nul 0length.fil >nul
